Creative Scotland awards 16 grants to improve cultural facilities

Creative Scotland has announced it is investing £15 million into sixteen creative spaces across Scotland.  The money will bring about a range of extra facilities, including a creative learning space at Moray Arts Centre and the Ness River public art programme in Inverness.
