Relying not only on their physical flexibility, but also, critically, the analysis and use of data, we might have expected their use in these sectors to be widespread. But is it? This session explores both the benefits and barriers of the deployment of drones in land use, infrastructure and maritime applications, and critical factors in their more widespread adoption, from regulation to culture change.
