This workshop will help you to identify the goals you are looking to achieve through digital – more sales, brand awareness, better customer support etc. – and will explore the tactics to achieve these goals. The workshop will help you to understand how to monitor and evaluate your efforts.  

The workshop will provide an overview of the ‘best practise’ methods for using various online marketing channels (e.g. social media, website, email), and an understanding of how to bring these streams together into an effective single digital strategy.

It will also encourage you to focus in on your customers’ digital footprint to ensure you accurately target your online sales and marketing activity.

On completion of the workshop you will have an action plan for implementation.
