Create compelling photography for social media marketing - Mull (Digital Tourism Scotland)

Visual content is the cornerstone of a successful online campaign, particularly in the tourism sector.

In this workshop we will determine what makes compelling visual content, the science behind visual content and how to tell an engaging story using imagery.

Delegates will learn the basics of good photography, including viewpoint, focus point and composition. Apps will be used to enhance the photographs captured using delegates' phones or tablets (on the day).

It is essential that delegates bring along either an Apple or Android phone, or tablet, with the following apps installed:

♦ Snapseed
♦ Instagram
♦ Layout
♦ Over
NOTE: These apps are not available on Windows mobile devices.


You may also bring preferred images for your business you would like to edit using the tools.

During the workshop delegates will spend some time editing images and learning new skills to apply in future content marketing, as well as receiving feedback on their content created during the workshop.
