How we're performing

Each year HIE publishes its end-of-year results. These show how well HIE has performed against the targets set out in the Operating Plan and the Scottish Government Economic Strategy.

The HIE Operating Plan outlines the investment priorities for our annual budget. It details how we will focus our efforts to meet the aspirations for our region, in line with the national economic strategy. In particular it articulates how the things that we do contribute towards the National Outcomes the Scottish Government wants the public sector to deliver.

The Operating Plan covers a three-year period and is refreshed annually.
