TMU downloadable forms and information:
In addition to the programme rules and web guidance available for download from the previous page, there are a number of TMU and training related documents available for download which may be of assistance to you. These forms can be accessed from the bottom of this page. A brief description of each form is listed below. If you have any problems accessing any of these documents please contact the TMU.

Contact details:
The contact details form should be used to inform TMU of any staffing changes, or change of company address. This is particularly useful for staff with access to the web training system and is invaluable for keeping access permissions up to date.

Period dates:
TMU claim period dates 2008-2009 (and the previous year 2007/2008) including dates claims are due in to TMU.

TPI report instructions:
Step by step instructions on running a training performance indicator report from the web training system. These instructions include screen dumps for clarification. (please note that HIE's systems are updated on the 9th of each month, therefore running the TPI report prior to the 9th may result in incomplete data being displayed. Running the report from the 10th of the month onwards will ensure complete data is returned.)

ILP Self Assessment and Guidance documents:
Guidance on creating an Individual Learning Plan (ILP) and information on assessing your existing ILPs have been issued to all providers along with approved milestone plans. Both the guidance and the self assessment document are available to download from the menu below.
