Designing, Leading & Building A World Class Management Team is the next MIT workshop in HIE's Entrepreneurs Growth Programme (EGP) series to be held in Inverness on 15th & 16th February 2010.  

For many business managers, one of the most pressing questions is about developing and implementing an effective leadership style, and how to build their team to achieve a high-growth, long-term, globally sustainable company.

The workshop will assist entrepreneurs, business managers and top executives to better design the organisation, to sharpen leadership skills and style, and form and mature the management teams to operate effectively within the global competition.

Course tutors:
Experienced entrepreneur and MIT Entrepreneurship Center's Ken Morse along with former Human Capital Partner at Atlas Ventures, Laura Barker Morse will address these questions and provide workshop participants with a number of critical concepts and competencies that will be useful to them in both the short and long term.
