Wednesday 14 November 2007, 7.00 for 7.15pm

Town Hall, Town House, Inverness

There has been an ambition to create a major new gallery in the Highlands for over a decade. More recently, a vision for a combined gallery and museum has been developed by the Highland Gallery and Museum Steering Group to build on the improved Inverness Museum and Art Gallery (IMAG). The new building would be almost three times the size of IMAG and provide a legacy to Highland 2007.

The search is on to find the right location and the steering group and The Highland Council invite the public to participate by giving their views on three city centre sites.

You are invited to come along to hear a presentation on the evening of 14 November in the Town Hall, and pick up a leaflet and survey form.

Alternatively you may visit the displays at Inverness Museum and Art Gallery or Eastgate Centre from 15 November – 12 December. Or, you can simply visit www.citypartnership.org.uk to view the information and fill in the simple online survey.

Your participation is important.
