Entrepreneur helps Highlands and Islands businesses go ballistic
07 November 2007

Over 100 businesses will virtually connect to an hour-long lunchtime Learningworks conference on Thursday, November 8, to find out how they can dramatically grow their business.

The virtual conference 'Going Ballistic – Skills Required for Dramatic Business Growth' sees the return of main speaker David Hall. David, a former entrepreneur of the year, received an overwhelming positive response from those who saw the first Learningworks conference, held in April.

The hour-long conference, which is free, is accessible to any business with a broadband connection which signs up prior to the conference at www.learning-works.co.uk

David’s second virtual address will explore the strategy behind some of the country’s leading businesses and illustrate how local firms can emulate their achievements. As part of a virtual audience, delegates can participate in the live conference from their computer terminal and submit questions via email.

Conceived as a means to reach out to businesses throughout the Highlands and Islands using the latest technology, virtual conferencing provides businesses with the opportunity to participate in training and development without leaving the office.
