Wildlife, angling and watersports are just three of the niche marketing training courses being staged in the Moray area by Tourist Board Training (TBT) in the autumn.
The training courses - linked to VisitScotland's marketing initiatives and Quality Assurance Welcome Schemes - look at the particular needs of a specialist market and identifies how tourism and individual businesses can benefit from meeting those needs. Benefits may include repeat business, recommendations, extended seasons and the opportunity to create new links with businesses in the area.
Detailed information on these and other courses throughout the Highlands and Islands, which will be continually updated, can be found within the Events & Training or TBT Sections at http://www.visitscotland.org/, through Learning Works or by contacting Tourist Board Training on 01294 313006 or e-mail: tbt@tbt.visitscotland.com
