A few free places are still available at the major Scottish economic development conference 'Scotland in a Global Market: Economy - People - Place - Connectivity' which takes place on 5 June in Dundee.

With the support of Highlands and Islands Enterprise, there are a limited number of free places available for Highlands and Islands-based individuals and organisations wishing to attend.

The event is for everyone working towards Scotland's economic development and regeneration.

A packed day of practical workshops, discussion groups and networking, covers commercial sustainability; immigration; regeneration and economic growth; maximising Scotland's global potential; Cities Strategy; Workforce Plus; NEET Strategy; Social Enterprise Strategy; changes in structural funds; approaches to business start-ups; International Lifelong Learning Strategy; poverty; better partnership working; and economic trends.
