Small businesses are spending more than they need to on mobile communications because the tariffs are too complicated.
Recent research shows that a third of small businesses have not reviewed their mobile communications expenditure for two or more years because of the complexity of the packages on offer. YouGov research commissioned by mobile operator,T-Mobile also revealed that 36 per cent of those surveyed believe they pay too much for mobile services. Among the other bug-bears were lack of flexibility, international call costs, poor customer service and the absence of tailor-made plans.
