David Kilshaw, chair of Scottish Food & Drink (SFD), will be outlining the new SFD strategy when he addresses the Highlands and Islands Food Forum next week.
Scheduled for March 20th (5.30pm for 6pm) in the Kingsmill Suite, Caledonian Thistle Stadium, Inverness, Kilshaw will be spelling out what the new strategy means for producers and tourism operators. He will be discussing the key points and issues facing the industry over the next five years.
There will also be a tasting session from Gillies Fine Foods and a business profile from a company joining the event by video conference. A buffet of local produce will round off the evening which is open to anyone involved in the food and drink industry.
