HIE chairman William Roe was a keynote speaker at the Holyrood Manifesto Series on Economic Development, held 26 February 2007 at the Royal Museum in Edinburgh.

Mr Roe gave his speech in session three, which was themed ‘Partnership Working’ and asked what the drivers for Scottish economic development in the next term of the Scottish Parliament should be.
