Activity and wildlife at Expo 2007

Activity and wildlife at Expo 2007
30 January 2007

A workshop devoted to the activity and wildlife sector has been timetabled as part of VisitScotland Expo 2007, the premier Scottish travel trade fair.

The workshop will be hosted jointly by VisitScotland and Scottish Development International on Thursday, 19 April 2007 at the Royal Highland Centre, Edinburgh. The event will enable activity operators including walking, cycling, wildlife and soft adventure suppliers to meet with UK and international buyers with specific interest in these fields.

Taking the format of scheduled, desk-side appointments with Scotland’s key activity operators and buyers from across the world, it will be an excellent opportunity to renew contacts and make many more new ones.

Wildlife and Activity Providers will be charged £300 + VAT to be involved in the event and will receive:

    * Entry to VisitScotland Expo
    * Dedicated meeting space within VisitScotland Expo
    * Full day of formal networking with UK & International Buyers with specific interest in your field
    * Schedule of targeted appointments prepared for you
    * A workshop prior to the day to coach businesses on becoming buyer ready (organised by SDI)
