Tourism, heritage, technology - launch of new challenge fund

An event to launch a trailblazing challenge fund in the Highlands and Islands.

Up to £120,000 of development funding is available for groundbreaking ideas in the use of technology and creative content to connect heritage and tourism.

There are three categories, and the winning proposal in each category can be awarded a maximum of £40,000. Entries are judged on the basis of innovation, commercial sensibility, and evidence of cross-sectoral collaboration.

If you work in the fields of heritage, tourism, creative industries or ICT, this event was designed with you specifically in mind. We are looking for you to come up with high quality project proposals that draw upon the best of these sectors.
