Web analytics seminar

Web analytics seminar
27 February 2006

Web site owners wishing to improve their site’s performance can get the inside line next month at a seminar being organized by Fusion, the business networking group for the Highlands and Islands.

Vicky Brock of Highland Business Research will be giving an in-depth exploration of how web analytics can be used to improve online usability, customer insight, and return on marketing investment.

Places for the seminar are limited so booking is essential. The event - to be held in The Green House, Beechwood Business Park, Inverness - is free to Fusion members and £10 for non-members.

This seminar will provide an introduction to current web analytics thinking and technologies and discuss:

  • obtaining results from analytics by measuring online performance and identifying key web performance indicators
  • tips to help isolate and test what's working and what's not
  • and details of the Web Analytics Association and its activities in Scotland.

The seminar is particularly aimed at those working in IT or web design, or responsible for managing company or public body websites.
