SkillsActive conference and AGM

SkillsActive conference and AGM
19 October 2005

The skills conference and AGM at Hampden Park on Friday 4 November 2005 gives an excellent opportunity to have a short session to view the proposed standards and to take views and suggestions on them from sector employers and other industry colleagues.

We will also take the opportunity to share with colleagues the wide range of highly effective uses for national Occupational Standards (NOS) and the role and importance of NOS is in the bigger scheme of skills and qualifications development.

The revised draft standards can be found, as part of the consultation, on the SkillsActive website at: www.skillsactive.com/promotionlist/outdoorspromotion

For specific queries and information related to the Outdoors and this consultation, please contact Peter Thompson, SkillsActive UK Outdoors Development Manager.
