Subsequent to the article about the misdiagnosed virus being pilot error with the Windows task bar clock, a stiff email was sent off to Microsoft as promised.

A reply from suggestions@microsoft.com is still awaited. The email to Bill Gates, unsurprisingly, bounced straight back. No doubt there’ll be all sorts of filters on his email accounts to screen out junk mail and wild-eyed eccentrics such as the author.

Will keep you posted if there’s any feedback from Seattle.
