Chances are if you are small to micro-sized business that it’s not as often as you would wish. A trawl round any random selection of small business web sites is likely to reveal that most are badly out of date. The most common failings are company news, product information and contact details: exactly the type of information potential customers will rely on when forming an opinion about your company. Other frequently neglected areas are location details and directions, and external links that remain broken for months on end. Next time, we’ll look at low cost, and no cost, ways of updating your web site. | |
