Ian Campbell from Oban receives his Modern Apprenticeship in Vehicle Maintenance and Repairs for Heavy Vehicles at a small ceremony at his work premises today (Monday 23rd June).

Looking on are Ian's employer, Margaret Cooper of All Commercials and his lecturer at Kilmarnock College, David Middleton.  Argyll and the Islands Enterprise (AIE) supported Ian during his training and was represented at the event by skills development manager, Hilda McGonagall.

With his Modern Apprenticeship under his belt, Ian is now looking forward to travelling to New Zealand for a year where his qualification will ensure he has lots of job opportunities.
