Pupils at Keith Grammar School in East Moray were yesterday (Wednesday) treated to a similar brand of inspirational techniques enjoyed in the past by the likes of Daley Thompson and Boris Becker.

Former Olympic coach and now one of the country's top motivational speakers, Frank Dick OBE, is in the area this month addressing local businesses as part of a series of business materclasses organised by Moray Badenoch and Strathspey Enterprise (MBSE).

The visit to Keith Grammar School was to deliver a one-off presentation before going on to host a second evening masterclass in Elgin entitled 'Coaching away the winter Blues'.
