	New technologies thriving in Skye, Lochalsh and the Western Isles The first three years of the LEADER+ programme in Skye, Lochalsh and the Western Isles have been a great success. The programme runs from 2001 to 2006, with a £2.5 million budget to be invested in projects in these areas. 31 May 2004
