| Age business in the business age Legislation will outlaw age discrimination in employment and vocational training in October 2006. It will cover all employers, large and small, in private and public sectors. It will include every member of the workforce, young and old. This means employers will no longer be able to recruit, train, promote or retire people early on the basis of age, unless it can be objectively justified.
