Please send me 1. Details of the funds paid to Ross and Cromarty Sports Council during 2006 and 2007 for distribution under their Sports Grant Aid programme. 2. Advise me of any conditions attached to those payments in particular any guidelines on how the funds were to be released to grant aid applicants. 3. Can you confirm whether Ross and Cromarty Sports Council act as administrators on behalf of HIE as regards use of the funds HIE pay them.
