Moray and INBSE area profiles 2005 Strategic alterations to the boundaries of two local enterprise companies resulted in the formation of HIE Moray and Inverness Nairn Badenoch and Strathspey Enterprise (INBSE) in 2005. They replaced Moray Badenoch and Strathspey Enterprise (MBSE) and Inverness and Nairn Enterprise (INE) respectively. Profiles were completed to provide a demographic and economic overview of the resulting new areas.
